        Another terrible experience at this location. I cannot use my medication without the right equipment for it and Lan acted like she didn't believe me. The customer is always right unless they come to Kroger.

        Very disappointed. The Asian lady in this pharmacy is very unprofessional. She began serving me after long wait time and she suddenly said " I have to take lunch in 6 minutes" and want me to come back despite me explaining to her that I am traveling a 2pm and need to bring the prescription to my wife. This lady has no compassion for someone in pain. Her place is not in this type of business. Very negative experience.
