For the last two months the technician has arrived at our house, spent less than 5 minutes treating our yard, and then spent 20-30 minutes in his car. He sprays one spray around the perimeter and ignores our requests for areas that require more attention (i.e., the back patio). When I called last week to complain, I was told that for the last two months the service ticket indicates over a 30 minute service time, with a list of services that he did not perform. I am beyond frustrated because we are now into spring and since the last two services were inadequate, we have far more insects than we should. Additionally, we have been trying to get in contact with someone regarding the issue and nobody will get back to us.
