I was impressed from the first phone call. I had ants and the first service I called said they would spray a general bug killer that would kill them. Then I called Tactical. They said they will figure out the type of ant and the customize the treatment for them. They sprayed and the ants died for weeks. I had ants so bad they scheduled a free follow up for 2 weeks later. The ants were almost gone, just one area left. So 2 weeks later they came out and tried bait, the bait didn't work so they came back out again and sprayed, foamed, and used a different bait. Very happy with their customer service and experience and how they have followed through.

Excellent, honest service and pricing! Jeremy is always ready to help on any issues that arise. I had tried several other companies before I found these guys and was not satisfied with any. Highly recommend Tactical Pest Services!
