We are grateful to Coach Erin for helping us with our fitness goals! She is well prepared and encouraging during each of our sessions. She goes above and beyond our sessions, and sends us recipes and healthy substitutions so we can get the best results from our workouts. We definitely feel like we are gaining strength and knowledge after each session. Couldnt recommend her more!

Love this gym- everyone is welcoming and helpful! I started workout out with Erin last summer after having my second child, and shes done an amazing job helping me build my strength gradually and safely. My workouts are always changing and she does great job of challenging me. Highly recommend LLT for personal training!
