Nicole Phelps helped me buy my first (and only) home. I had no idea how many people get involved but she made the process simpler- which I could then (1)relax and (2)focus on choosing a house I wanted. She located the houses for me to view online and scheduled in person visits. She coordinated with the loan officer, building inspector, the sellers agent, etc., for them to reach out to me. All I had to do was answer the phone. Overall, she worked in my best interest so I could work at my job and spend time with my family-no time lost. I cannot be more grateful. Where do I even begin? Let me just say, Nicole is an absolute GEM of a realtor. Working with her has been an extraordinary experience. My journey in search of a townhome was seamless by Nicole's expertise and warmth. Communication is key for me, and Nicole nailed it right from the start. Not only is she incredibly kind and professional, but her communication skills are top-notch. After our initial conversation, she wasted no time in curating a tailored list of options for me. It was evident that she paid close attention to my preferences and needs. Nicole's personality shines through from the moment you speak to her. She's not just knowledgeable; she genuinely cares about her clients' happiness. I bombarded her with numerous questions, and she patiently addressed each one with a smile. When it came time to tour the townhomes, Nicole ensured it was a stress-free experience. I appreciated her honesty and transparency about each property we visited (we also had so much fun). One incident that truly exemplifies Nicole's dedication is when the townhome wasn't professionally cleaned as promised before move-in. I was understandably upset, but Nicole sprang into action immediately. She liaised with the landlord and ensured that the issue was resolved promptly. Her advocacy for her clients is beyond words. Nicole's expertise in the DFW real estate market is unmatched. Her years of experience truly shine through, and there's no area she isn't familiar with. I've dealt with realtors in both Austin and Dallas, but none come close to Nicole. From start to finish, she ensured I was happy and informed. Thanks to her, I found the perfect townhome in the perfect location. When the time comes to purchase a home, Nicole will be my first call without a doubt. Would highly recommend Nicole to anyone buying a home or selling their house. Nicole always took time to understand what we were looking for in a home. She also gave us the good and bad on cities & homes were were looking at and is very knowledgeable with all surrounding areas she works in. Her commutation was excellent from start to finish in our home buying process and if she didnt have an answer for us she would do the research to get the answers for us. Nicole went over and above what we could have ever asked for in a realtor. Definitely 5 Star all around! If you looking for the Best go with Nicole.

We had the pleasure of working with Nicole this past year. She helped us sell our home and buy a new home. Anyone that has gone though this process, knows it can be a rollercoaster! Nicole was by our side through it all. Her expertise and guidance through every step was amazing. She really goes above and beyond for her clients; from helping us stage our home, hosting open houses, and being available at all times to answer questions and show us houses. She was very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable with our selling/buying experience. Shes the BEST!

Nicole is an extremely knowledgeable and motivated realtor who is also very patient. It took two months to find the right place due to me being very particular. She took me to see every house promptly and knew all the information I asked. She was very professional and personable at the same time. Never once did she seemed frustrated with how picky I was and always had a positive attitude and ensured me we will find my new home. I ended up buying a house she found and I could not be happier. Thank you for driving an hour and a half each way over 10 times. My kids and myself love our new home! Nicole goes above and beyond and I highly recommend her as your realtor!
