        35 minutes in drive thru just now. They were taking one car at a time. When I finally got to the window I asked the girl to speak with a manager. She advised me there is none working this evening and that she was the lead. When I asked about the wait she just told me they are short staffed. Being brand new you would expect a focus on customer service and product. I guess the only focus here is on money. I don't see this business lasting long in McKinney. I do not recommend.

        Nothing special about this custard to set it apart from others. Tiny portions for the money. Go to Andy's or Culver's instead.

        Abbotts Frozen Custard is the place to be this summer! With over 14+ flavors and some dairy free custard as well :) super happy wit this location 10/10

        What's advertise and what you get is totally different. They advertise dairy free but they're not dairy free. It's ridiculous. Not pleased
