I purchased my daughter fillers at this location. I had to go with her so I could give the voucher I paid for to this establishment. We called to say we were lost because we were unable to find the med spa. My daughter also mentioned she was feeling unwell. The receptionist told Danielle she would have to pay a 50 dollar cancellation fee. Danny told her we were still coming and we were almost there. The receptionist did not give us very good instructions on how to find the med spa. There a was a passport sign on the door which made us believe this was not the office. We knocked on the door across from the med spa door. Finally I heard a voice say we are in here. The receptionist said they could not see Danielle and again said we would be charged a 50 dollar fee. She seemed very hung up on this fee. We all felt like she was being very combative. I felt it would be good for Danny if she spoke with the Nurse Practitioner regardless on weather or not she would receive the treatment. Danielle was just very nervous. and I wanted to make sure she was going to be okay with this treatment. The receptionist was not willing to let us speak to anyone else from the med spa. She said she was the manager and what she says goes. She asked me to leave and I did. I tried to call in on the Plano number twice but did not get a answer. Thirty minutes later I received 5 different text messages. One explained how Danny could come alone. I was coming in with her for support and to pay for her visit. The unfriendly welcome did not help Danny at all.

My daughter and my wife came into the med spa today for fillers. They called to say they were running a few minutes late because they could not find the med spa and my daughter was sick.The young lady on the phone specified they were behind taco beuno and that unfortunately we would be charged a cancelation fee if we were unable to make it. My daughter was telling the girl on the phone they were near the building and she hung up on her. During this time I was on the phone with my wife and I could here what was happeniing. When she arrived to the appointment there was a passport sign on the door and she was late as much as 12 minutes. My wife said they could still do the appointment but our daughter was still feeling bad.. We felt she was just very nervous. The receptionist we were speaking to seemed to be having a bad day and this did not help our daughter. The receptionist said she would still have to pay she the cancellation fee even though they had not cancled. She seemed very hung up on the camcelation fee. My wife is a Hospitalist/MD and she was understanding about this 50 dollar fee. None of us understood why the receptionist was so hung up on the fee and was unwilling to discuss my daughter When my wife asked to talk to someone else she was told by this young lady that shes the manager and shes the only one she could talk to. The young lady was very ugly and short with my wife. She told Marsha to leave. We tried to call back twice to see if we could get somoene else on the phone but without any luck. After leaving Marsha recieved 4 diffrent text messages. My wife told her she felt like she was in a mill rather than a proffesional office. We are all stunned at how my wife and daughter were treated.

Ashlee is the absolute best! I had Botox and filler (first time for filler) and she was absolutely wonderful! Im always nervous when it comes to needles and my face, but she was incredibly careful and patient! I will book with her every single time in the future. So very compassionate and excellent service. I cried (tears of happiness of course) with my results. I would recommend to anyone!!!

This place was amazing!!! Such a friendly staff, extremely clean and the injector was incredibly gentle!! This will be my go-to place from now on!!!
