Ive been training here a little under a year now and Im in the best shape Ive been in since my early 20s. Jiujitsu is the ultimate physical and mental challenge, but Coach Don makes it so simple. Hes very supportive, encouraging, and I really appreciate his teaching style. The people I train with have become like extended family. I cant recommend The Lab enough!

My two sons (ages 3 and 7) absolutely love the Lab. My oldest has thrived under the coaching of professor Don! I am continuously blown away by how fast he progresses on a weekly basis. Coach Don has a unique style that really makes his technique and skill stand out. Its even got me interested in trying out some adult classes! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try out BJJ!
