5 years ago knight was commissioned by our builder to do the landscaping including trees. Some of the trees died within the first year 11/2. Though he agreed to give us credit toward new trees he didnt and kept promising to get it done. Then he ignored our calls totally. When the new company pulled the trees out to replace them they found out that the wiring on the ball of the trees was left there that prevented them from growing. The last tree he planted died this spring. It started to leaf out and then everything went dead. Again the tree company that pulled it out found that the wiring still on the ball of the tree. They said it restricted the roots from growing. The tree was about 25 ft. tall. Thats how bad this outfit is. There isnt a rating lower than one star that I can give them.

I had a horrendous experience working with this group. I reached out to them as my irrigation system was installed by my home builder through knight landscaping. Starting with their front desk repeatedly stating that I just answer phones and take messages when requesting follow up, to the main person I spoke with stating theyd come on a given day and then by 6pm stating theyll come another day so its not too late, to finally not responding to texts/messages, I would highly recommend avoiding using this service.
I called up Living Water in McKinney and they came the very next morning and repaired/extended all the irrigation lines needed in less than 2 hours. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
