I recently stayed there and it was nice the rooms were clean and so were the sheets , I didnt see any bugs or mold . The costumer service was good they were nice people and the room service was nice they came daily to change towels and trash and had a washing machine on the lower floor over all seemed clean and definitely will book when I come back to Texas

I SWEAR THESE SCAMMERS TOOK $50 OFF MY CARD JUST CAUSE I DIDN'T CHECK OUT AT THEIR OWN STUPID TIME. WHEN I CALLED THE GUY HE SAID IT WOULD BE $30 NOT F"N $50. THEY WILL COPY YOUR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD ON A COPIER MACHINE WHICH IS ILLEGAL. I WILL BE REPORTING MONEY THEFT TO THE POLICE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DISCRIMINATION LOCATION AGAIN.. STUPID RETARDS

When I got to the room I always check everything just to make sure it looks clean and the first thing I see is a used condom wrapper in the drawer. I called the front desk and the guy there is the rudest ever. Did not want to help or cared at all. I kept asking for someone to come clean the room and he hung up on me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they left me on hold and eventually hung up again. Worst customer service ever. Dont ever book here. Take your money elsewhere. This is by far the worst place I have had to stay at.
