Not a reflection on the builder or Chesmar as a company, but the location itself. Do your homework and look at the surroundings before you make a decision to live here or put a deposit down. If you can, try to get accepted to their Facebook group. The truth comes out there as far as crime in the area. Absolutely beautiful homes though!

Me and my husband have bought home from builder Chesmar Homes in July 2022. We are so happy. All the employees of the Chesmar Homes in Willow Wood were very co-operative in home buying process. Home is also really beautiful as we expected. Neighborhood is also great. There is provision of neighborhood park where children can play and people can gather.It is great experience living in the home build by Chesmar home.Highly recommended.

Buying a home is an important decision. It is normal for many doubts and uncertainties to arise involving the entire buying process. But Kevin Lydon, our sales consultant, was magnificent before, during, and after the sale, making the process enjoyable. Kevin was available for clarification at any time with professionalism. Our construction manager, Brenten, was patient and efficient in explaining details of our home's construction and was surprisingly attentive after the sale. We are grateful for the experience and the right choice we made.

I've built several houses in the metroplex over the last 20 years. All different builders. I have to say Chesmar is the best. Kevin & Matt provided a great building experience from start to finish. Most importantly, my Chesmar house is the best built I've ever owned. I can't say enough good things about Kevin & Matt. Highly recommend them!!
