I wanted to share my recent experience with Traxxas and Mckinney - undoubtedly the best names in RC! A couple of months ago, I purchased an Xrt from them, and unfortunately, due to my tough handling, I managed to break down the vehicle in a short span of just two months.
However, the standout point for me was the exceptional customer service I received from Traxxas and Mckinney. In particular, Dalton deserves a special mention for his outstanding assistance and support. His professionalism and dedication truly made a difference in my experience. I strongly believe that his efforts should be recognized, perhaps with a well-deserved raise.
As a result of my positive encounter, three of my friends have also invested in the same truck and a slash, all due to the excellent customer service provided by the team, especially Dalton.
Thank you for taking the time to read about my experience. I felt compelled to share this with you, knowing your interest in RC vehicles.

Good store! but be prepared to spend a lot of money. And don't depend on the staff they just want to sell! one thing leads to another. I bought an XRT great so far. But I came in today to get lights for my trx4m bronch that I switched out to a jeep wrangler body they sold me a bronco light body kit that does not that fit ! Even when I told them that I upgraded the body. They said it would work, but no go! obviously.. make a drone and get rid of DJI
