        Their queue system is a joke. Even though you check in online, they don't sign you in as you come in. And letting others down in the queue to go before you. What is the point of the online check-in system then?

        Mine is a super simple hair cut - just trim all sides and scissor cut above 1.5 inch on top. Yet never got a perfect hair cut till now. Stylists have absolutely no interest at work and the only focus is on the tip amount! So poor!!
