The stylists are so friendly! I was trying to get my daughter and myself in last minute for haircuts and, not only did they fit us in, they texted me to let me know that there was an opening. We weren't regular customers, but we will be now!

My first and last time. I have been coloring my hair for the last 15 years and I have NEVER paid the amount they charged me. They have an excuse as to why they charge you so much. Yes, my hair is thick, but there is no way on earth they charge someone $300 for highlights and roots. My color doesn't even look like the picture I showed them. The stylist's name is Julia. I went to another salon to get my hair cut and she said she would fix my hair because it was orange and uneven and there was no color in many areas.

Every single time Ive been gone they somehow cut my hair completely different than the photo I show them. Ive had two hair cuts there, both of which were with different people. Both times have been extremely disappointing. The first time I wanted shoulder length hair with layers, I showed her a photo. The woman cutting my hair kept cutting. Suffice to say my hair was well above my shoulder. This recent time I just wanted a lot of layers, hair same length. I showed her a photo. Honest to god she gave me a trim, and gave me two layers max. I wanted my bangs to fall at my cheekbone they went all the way to chin. I went home and cut them myself and payed her $70 for a trim. Also the First Lady I had great customer service. The Second Lady was something else
