        Veteran garage door repairman arrived on schedule and discussed the problem. The garage door opener was easy for him to reach and install on the wall. Also, he advised me to get rollers with ball bearings because they are smoother and quieter. Upgrade made a big difference. He also fixed the tracks, which made my garage door quieter and less annoying. Thank you for doing a wonderful job.

        The company does fantastic work. My cellar door was broken into and I needed it fixed. The technician/owner recommended that I get a large circular lock and he said that it would take hours to cut through. The gates were fixed and they did a wonderful job. Price was very reasonable, given it was almost the next day after our initial contact.

        I have no complaints about my new garage door. The price VGDR gave was very fair. Technician put it up in one day and told us everything we required to do to keep it in good shape. We did experience an issue after about a year, but a technician fixed it. It was a pleasure to have such attentive service. Veteran garage door repair has amazing doors, service, and prices. I will use them again when we move to our next home. Thank you so much.

These are the most common causes of doors going off track, but over the course of years I have seen small rodents and even snakes getting tangled up in the garage door drums and cables that then cause the door to go off track.The best way to prevent your garage door from going off track is to properly lubricate your garage door, have your garage door professionally maintenanced yearly, and keep the area around the track clear of items that can potentially fall into the path of the garage door as it opens and closes.
