Hands down my favorite instructor! Jenny does an amazing job making sure you understand how to appropriately and effectively perform each step and the reason behind the steps. I absolutely recommend Jenny to anyone and everyone!!

Class was extremely fun & instructive! She is an excellent teacher, full of humor & passion for the job. She ensured that we all understood, she didn't leave anyone behind. We didn't just watch the videos but she took time to explain! I endorse her, and recommend that American Heart Association needs to get training from her to see how she does it!!! Her depth and passion is unequal. Thanks so much for the refreshing & exciting class! I learnt a lot!! I'm more confident in my BLS skills much more than before!!

Jenny helped me with my BLS renewal. With her over 40 years of nursing experience, shes very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful when she teaches the class. She has a tender heart, and would present some realistic scenarios for me to think. Her class is very practical and thorough. I feel confident to act after taking her class. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to take this class.
