Dr. Chang is very professional and gives advice based on the patents best interest. Our first visit was very efficient and thorough. All the office staff are very friendly. We couldnt be more happier that we found Dr. Chang.

Going to dental office makes me nervous since I was young. I think thats why my teeth are all screwed up. I wish every dental office is as professional and friendly as Dr. Chang and their staff. From the moment I walked in, until the day after my surgery, my experience was exceptional. I had never had a dental office called the day after to check in on me and check how I was doing. This is my first time and Im glad they were able to accommodate me last minute and still have a wonderful experience. Im also thankful for Dr. Chang for not making me feel awful with my bad teeth. All of the dentist Ive encountered always made me feel awful for having bad teeth. He was professional from beginning until the end. Thank you Dr. Chang and the staff for making me feel welcome and safe.

The doctor is good. The staff does not help at all and is not interested in helping patients. Three bad experiences are summarized below: (1) Hannah, as the insurance coordinator, did not provide me the IV sedation cost at the first consultation until I specifically asked. Other implant centers always up front with all potential costs but they are NOT! (2) In addition, they won't run my new insurance to give treatment cost estimation (predetermination) until they want me to cancel my current insurance. It seems they are not willing to do additional work to help patient to do the best decision and provide insurance predetermination costs until patient agrees to do surgery at their place. (3) They precharge all costs even my insurance covered all diagostic visits and consultations. I called them and the insurance coordinator say they do not refund (of my visit payment) unless I cancel my treatment plan. It seems they want to keep your money as long as possible. So be it. Leaving this place to find another implant center with better patient oriented mindset and spirits.
