GO anywhere else but here! I was looking for a nice fragrance for a birthday gift and decided on Lancome ete le belle (sp?). The tester bottle was a 2.4 ounce, and I waved down a store staff and asked if I could purchase this bottle. The young lady looked at the bottom of the bottle to identify which fragrance and size I handed her... And then she went to the back to get the box. When she came out, she had a box much bigger than what was necessary for what I asked for. I asked if I could see what she had brought from the back and she showed me a 3.5 ounce. The difference in price was $115 for the 2.4 ounce and $150 for the 3.5 ounce. I asked her why she got the 3.5 ounce when I handed her a 2.4 ounce as the example of what I wanted to purchase? She said she cannot see that well and didn't know which one to grab. I politely told her I was not interested in buying as it felt like a "provide the much more expensive version and hope I wasn't paying attention" situation. I asked to speak to the manager to let her know what happened. the manager told me her name was Brittany. I told her what happened and without asking a single question she immediately declared "it was a miscommunication", and she can go get the correct bottle. I suggested that it could not be miscommunication since I handed the bottle, and she looked carefully at it before going to the back room to pick what I wanted. I do not recommend shopping here... Maybe they are on commission, I don't know. I'll never go there again since they are willing to cheat customers. The management is not interested in customer service, but just blindly rejecting the feedback without any interest in understanding what happened. As I left the store, I remembered "this is why yelp and Google review exists

If you love terrible service and people who don't understand the word no this is the place for you! Don't want to make an ulta account when checking out? TO BAD! they love to harass you until you will, today i tried purchasing one item which should take two minutes. But because of their pushy annoying employees it took forever. not even my first experience with this, it happens EVERY time. Not to mention the employees look like they have been playing in the makeup testers and have terrible presentation with really bad makeup to the point it's ironic.
