WARNING!!!! I bought a house that had a Morton barn on it. I've been told they are a quality builder. But wish I had any other builder. I need some of the metal siding replaced and Morton's proprietary siding makes it so I have to buy through them. I've called Morton several times and left messages and NEVER EVER receive a return call. The local dealer is unresponsive so I thought, I'll call their corporate office. I talked to Customer Service and they seemed concerned and offered to help. They told me I would receive a call... AND NO ONE EVER CALLED.  Terrible customer service My best recommendation... AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They won't be in business for long with the worst customer service.

WARNING!!!! Absolutely worst customer service of any company Ive ever worked with. Ive called Morton Barns in McKinney TX multiple times as I need to replace some damaged metal siding. Morton NEVER EVER answers their phone or returns phone messages. I have even called the corporate office and talked with customer service. They were apologetic and promised to help. And then nothing ever happens. My best advice, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Requested information 6 months ago for building, never even got a phone call or email. They aren't interested in your business. I gave up after a month.

This company is a joke. I wanted to use them for a garage build, and got no response. Called the next week, nothing. Called a third time, got some excuse about training. I have a training tip for you, call customers back.

Poor customer service. No return phone calls. Very unprofessional when it comes to communication. Glad we selected another construction company.
