        WORST EXPERIENCE.!!!! New to texas, i got my water shut off and called to pay the same day. They Stated i owed 500$ for month of june and JULY. Mind you we are 8 days before july 1st. SHE WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME WHILE I WAS TALKING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! GET A NEW COMPANY. PLEASE dont waste your time and money with this company.!!!

        Such a mean people work there not helpful at all..trash pick up department sucks can't even help I have to take appointment for 1 box it fits perfectly in trash bin..i called lady such a rude person she thinks she owns the world. Not a single person is nice who works there
