Order 3 movies and NEVER RECIEVED THEM sure makes Christians look bad when this happens

I tried to order a digital 5 pack using paypal, and when the order went thru I needed to redeem my pi purchase and Crest an account. So I did that and when I went to submit I noticed a promo code was entered giving me my purchase for free. I found that odd since I didnt put that code in. Realizing the payoff was signing up for a monthly subscription. I did not want it and did not agree to it. I removed the promo code and as soon as I did It asked me for my card # e p. and cvv code. That didnt sit well with me either as the purchase had already gone thru. So after several emails to reel Christians with no reply I contact the file. company that was involved in this purchase and requested a refund on my purchase. Which according to my paypal account was recieved. I find the sneaky way they try to get you sucked in to a monthly subscription and a 2and request for payment and not replying to emails very unprofessional. Left me with a sour taste.
