DHR Health Urgent Care

Paid $200 for the NP to tell me they couldnt do anything for me, then they refused to refund me. Waste of time & money.

Best experience and patient care!! Dr. Tucker went above and beyond during our visit and tried to make the long wait as comfortable as possible for us. It was freezing in there and he was kind enough to provide us with blankets and snacks while we waited. What blew me away was that he cared enough to follow up today to check up on my daughter and how she was feeling.. thank you Dr. Tucker for being an exceptional physician

Great customer service bad explanation from the PA. She did not explain to my mother what was causing swelling of her right foot. All that was told to my mom was to go to her primary physician and to get labs done since they couldnt do them there. What is the point of coming to an urgent care if they cant give you a diagnosis and all that recommended is to go to your primary doctor

Went to er for sore throat cough and ear pain. They said it was only allergies. Ended up having pink eye cough tonsillitis and a ruptured tympanic membrane.Ear was bleeding. I told the Dr I was hurting from my throat and ear. They didn't care. This could of been prevented. They said I was fine. Our Healthcare at its finest huh?
