Microsoft Return Center

Sent in my xbox controller june 2 was delivered june the 8th and have never received any updates or information on my replacement total scam Microsoft support doesn't help either on locating my controller

Ok if yo are going to send an xbox DO NOT PACKAGE THE WIRES OR CONTROLLER JUST THE CONSOLE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO THAT

Microsoft does not care about there customers. Everyone that I talked to is out of the country and usually there is bad reception like they are working outside like in a tent with wind blowing. I sent in a XBox Elite controller that is still under warranty. They sent back a standard controller. All I am asking is what happen to my controller send me the defective one back or a new one. Every rep that I talk to tell me that some one is going to call me back and let me know what they found out. No one has called me back. Don;t send in your stuff to get repaired. If you can wait to the Microsoft store opens back up.

To those who are worried about their hardware not being returned don"t listen to any of these people that are mad giving 1 star reviews because they sent in their hardware with power cords thumb sticks or any other accessory that may be on the device. They very clearly state to not ship the hardware with any of these items with the Xbox because they will not be returned and they CLEARLY state it. So far MSS has been very transparent with my service order. I have had no issues. My Elites series 2 Controller was sent to this location and was QUICKLY sent back to me less than 3 weeks. everyone saying its been a month or a couple weeks obviously couldn't follow simple directions that were given to them clearly when they created the service order. As long as you can follow directions and not over look them MSS will take care of you and this location is nothing to worry about. they did their job well for me.
