Cant say anything but exceptional work by the folks at FixIT, I asked work of them outside their normal scope and even comfort level and they knocked it out of the park. Couldnt be happier with their work will most likely return to them in a short time.

Excellent customer service! Reasonable prices and great turnaround time. I highly recommend this place, and will be returning for any future repairs I need.

The gentlemen who work here are *OUTSTANDING*! About four months ago, I brought in my PS4 controllers to ask if they could be fixed. Because there's only so much that can be done, the controllers were not able to be fixed, AND I was NOT charged for the service! I have heard a lot of good things from other people I know personally, who love going here - and trust the staff. If you have any electronic issue beyond cell phones, I would suggest bringing it here first!
In addition, I recently took a brand new laptop to the store, and asked if they would install some supplied screen protectors to the laptop. Unfortunately, neither screen protector worked like it was supposed to, safe even though it wasn't their fault at all, they still wanted to refund me the monies of the protectors!
I can never speak of these guys highly enough - they are worth their weight in gold!

Super Awesome guys They pretty much Always go Above and beyond to assist People to understand technology especially the elderly or people that are having trouble with navigating on their phones or tablets.
