Always after consultation it is a frustration. They don't send the medications, my children without being able to start treatment. I hope that one day when I leave, they will deliver a prescription with the medications that are required, at least to validate that when we go to the pharmacy, we can confirm that they give us everything in full. In my experience it is always the same.

Worst service ever! the front staff is super rude! ive gone to the one in pharr they take super long to get you seen and then when you ask the staff about when theyre going to see you they get rude and give you attitude. as if theyre not getting paid to do their job. it is an overall horrible experience! if you want to get a pediatrics for your kids please do not bring them here! they are the worst. making you wait 2+ hours just so the doctor can come in and check your kids for like 2-3 min and leave. Worst place ever DO NOT GO!
