Dr.Puig has a great energy and engages easily with patient, the problem is he is never in his own clinic and is not running things. It is ALWAYS a minimum of 3 hour wait! It is an uneasy question to ask a Pregnant women like myself , hi , how are you? After waiting for 3 hours in an uncomfortable way! My back hurts and I cant breath ! Needless to say , a lot of nurses do not know what is going on when asked questions or are given instructions wanted by patient the answer is often , I dont know. I asked the head nurse for a membrane sweep at 37 weeks pregnant and she does not know what it is being in the medical field for more than a decade !! This is stressing and annoying , I wish it was not too late in my pregnancy so I could switch doctors !
