I've noticed I'm not the only one with a similar experience from here. I wouldn't recommend this place. The lady that greets you, has her station facing the entrance, which I assume is the owner of the shop. She's very kind and welcoming. Hardly anyone was there, but it took a while to be seen. When she noticed I wasn't seen yet she quickly called me to here station and asked what color I was going to get etc. When she started putting the tips I noticed she wasn't measuring them correctly and my middle finger was not straight and when I brought it up she said she was going to shape it with the acrylic but I was hesitant on that since it's more difficult to take it off. after that, she took the tip off and redid it . She commented while putting the new tip that my finger was not straight, which is the very first time I have ever heard that, but even then, after the second attempt, she still did it wrong and she continued to say "I will shape it with the acrylic. " I was worried and disappointed since I noticed that she was rushing the process of doing my nails . From this point, it got worse when she put the acrylic powder on my nail she got a large amount of product and plopped that on my nail and began shaping it, which was a huge mess. She continued to do that with all my nails. When she drilled them down, she was still in a rush and ended up cutting my fingers because of how much acrylic powder she put close to my cubicles. When She finished, I looked at my nails again, and they were still uneven and not straight, and my fingers were bleeding a bit while washing them. I Overall, she charged me $90 with pedicure included. The only comment I have was that the other lady was also not in a good mood and ended up pulling my foot wrong, and now it feels bruised from my ankle and hurts when I put pressure.
