      image Worse place for doctors appointment every time I came to a appointment they left me waiting for at least 2 hrs before I was seen by the doctor

      Mr. Juarez,I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience at our facility. We strive to provide exceptional service to all patients and apologize for the inconvenience. We do take the time necessary to treat each patient as necessary whether its minutes or hours. We noticed that you did not ask to speak to management about this matter, otherwise your concerns would have been addressed promptly. We ask our clients to help us address issues and to be given an opportunity to rectify them. To be given a 1-star rating without an opportunity to address an issue is highly unfair to our facility given that we pride ourselves in helping patients and the community.
