Don't waste your time in this office. I don't usually leave reviews, but on this occasion I have to complain and say that the staff was very rude, it was my first visit and it was my last, look for another restaurant.

They have no respect of patients time. Waited two and half for my five minute appointment. They schedule appointments for every ten minutes. This is very poor planning. . They dont care its just the way it is.

If youre searching for a gastro dont go there o go knowing you will loose half a day waiting there. Very disappointed. Terrible service! I was there for three hours waiting and had to leave. Three hours and they told me just one more person and I was next. unacceptable! Some people were there before me and they were still waiting. This clinic doesnt value your time and have the audacity to tell you to get there 15 mins early! For what? They dont care if you work or are elderly. Worst place ever I am definitely not coming back.

Very disappointed with the service provide on this clinic, I have an appointment for October 23rd and I requested the day at my work and my husband have to do the same because its a procedure that need someone to help you drive, I call to verify today and the lady says my appointment was rescheduled, I never received a phone call and now I use my vacation day for nothing. Very disappointed for this experience, I will have to change doctors and now I feel worst because this helps my gastritis.

Seen Dr. Valeska Balderas at the Weslaco office. She's very kind, passionate about her job and seems to really care about me & my health. She made a plan right off the bat & I'm anxious to go in this direction.
