Went to Just A Cut on Trenton, across from Home Depot. Elizabeth cut my wavy/curly hair for first time and chopped it terribly. I wanted 2 inches removed, but she took off twice as much from my shoulder length hair, plus left the back much longer than on sides, which I did not want. I wanted her to blow dry it with a brush, but she just used her hands so I really couldnt tell how bad of a cut it was. It did not look good when I left, but I didnt say anything bc most of the time, they never style my hair the same way I do, but I still gave her a generous $10 tip (40%). I went back the next day bc I wanted her to remove the inch or more from the back that she left uneven and she just argued with me and said she would have to charge me more bc she did everything I asked her to do. WRONG!!! Horrible customer service. Be very careful if you go there and make sure to watch them very carefully. Both my husband and son have gone before and received haircuts that were just okay from other women there, but they always leave the hair too long on top or at the neck. My son had Mary and she didnt trim the back of his neck at all. I do NOT recommend this store.
