    Terrible delivery and merchandise service, we bought a stove and when the guys who delivered it came to deliver it, they immediately put it in, plugged it in and even quickly pushed it to the place where the stove went, my husband signed for them that they delivered it ( mistake ))) I shouldn't have signed them...we saw the stove unleveled, I immediately spoke to the store salesperson and explained what had happened, I told him that I was going to remove the stove because perhaps when they carelessly put it in they had scratched it, but !!! Our surprise was that when we took out the stove, the stove was hit on one side, it was unlevel and open on one side and from below, it wasn't that when we lowered it it would have fallen, no... that's how they brought it from the warehouse, so I spoke ah warehouse and I explained to them what was happening, we sent them photos...they sent me another one again after 5 days or so, when the same people who had brought the first one arrived to deliver it, my husband asked them, did you know that the stove is damaged? And they answered us, yes, we told them at the warehouse and they said that we should try to deliver it that way, I don't know why the warehouse was so surprised when I spoke to them, if they sent it that way, that's when I understood how quickly they installed it. without letting us review it... They began to lower the stove they had brought to replace the damaged one, but what a surprise it was!!! It also came in bad condition, we spoke to the warehouse again and went to the store to cancel the order. I had never bought at conns, we have always bought everything at Best buy, just for not waiting a few days because best buy didn't have it. Well, to conclude, for canceling the order they charged me 10 percent of the purchase 154 dlls. It's a shame because in the store the seller did his job very well.
