Like his father Miguel Alemn, he is a great doctor and if he has a lot of people it is worth waiting for. He is a good doctor I recommend him

Long time waiting..Dr's are very good but administration is not doing their job..almost 3 years without mammogram because staff never complete referrals. Scheduling excessive appointments for small staff

Edited after recieving contact within hours of posting this: Waited 3.5 hours for my appointment on 12/27. Have been waiting 3 months for help with work accommodations and waiting on a cardiology referral that was emergent according to the hospital at the time again with no help. I also asked for help with ADA accommodations with work and there was no response for 3 months even after mutliple calls, (though after posting this review and calling to be discharged, suddenly I get a call from OT? Still nothing from cardiology...) Don't allow this office the opportunity to cause you harm too. I'm facing disciplinary action at work because of my barriers and their lack of action. Avoid putting yourself in a position for medical gaslighting and neglect from this office. The front desk staff were kind (before this review) and that's the best I can do to end this on a positive note, though the person who called after my call to be discharged was very curt and borderline accusatory that the delay was my fault, stating mutiple attempts to contact me failed, even though the OT office says they received the referral only 3 weeks ago. I considered filing a complaint with the board, but it really seems to be the administrative staff failing what otherwise seemed like a good and knowledgable doctor, despite the wait.

I have called this doctors office to schedule an appointment ahead in order to prevent waiting for a long time. I was there, and there was a lot of people that were waiting in the waiting room. There wasn't a lot of space and the place did not look very modern. I learned that they accept my health insurance plan which was why I went there. However, I was there waiting for almost 2 hours and asked how long it was going to take. I was told that I could look to wait for another 2 hours to see the doctor. I did not want to take the risk, so I left. I was told to also pay $5 which was for the doctors visit as part of my health insurance plan, but ask if I can pay later after seeing the doctor and was glad that I did not have to pay $5 for nothing. Terrible place! Poor service and never experienced anything like this ever in my life!! Never going here again!
