Dr. Steel is awsome I love how he takes his time and explains everything to you. Very professional and caring I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good doctor for.

I called this morning to try and schedule an appointment to see Dr. Steel. Let me just say the ladies he has in the front are extremely rude. The First lady who answered my call was talking over me and not listening. She wasnt letting me explain what I needed or what I was trying to get done. It got to the point to where I had to ask for someone else only for her to be rude as well. Neither of them were willing to listen and literally had me on the line for 20 minutes to try and schedule an appointment. I had to call my referring physician and explain the situation. The nurse at my PCP said they were even rude to her and asked is she even a diabetic? You have Very unprofessional staff at your office Dr. Steel. Why would my PCP be calling with a referral If I was not a diabetic. Needless to say I was excited to see the care I would receive from Dr. Steel after the good things Ive heard but his staff has made me change my mind about even giving this place a chance. Your front office staff is the face of your clinic because thats our first interaction, they need to do a better job at listening and maybe try caring a little more for your patients.

The doctor listens to your concerns and generally wants to help his patients. The stars are for the doctor. As far as the staff and who ever is in charge of submitting prescriptions authorizations, they need to do better. I called so many time and even went to the dr's office to speak with the person in charge and was given excuses. I called my insurance company who then called put me on hold to contact the dr's office and spoke to someone in charge of submitting authorizations and insurance lady told me the person she spoke with was very rude. Dr. Steel saved my life and I will continue to keep going to him because he is an excellent dr. But as far as some of the staff goes, they need to either find another job or start actually caring for the patients.
