Ill try to keep this short and simple. In August of 2020, I was served from the father of my children. Filing for primary custody and for me to what is lower then that. Being served at 23 years old was the most realistic and unbelievable experience I could describe by far. Coming to the previous agreement me and his mother had, since she was my only physical help for their dad, wasnt residing in Texas at the moment. The ideal plan was for me to move back home (Minnesota) and come back for the girls as soon as I got situated. I came down here almost sure I was going to get the girls and just come back easily. That became the most impossible thing to happen at the time or should I say 4 years. My first attorney stated he would fight for me and that he knew what he was doing. Fast forward 6-8 months, his assistant calls me to mention I should settle and just pay child support. She said that there was absolutely nothing that I could do. To just simply comply because I lived in Minnesota and the girls ( two daughters) resides in Mission, Texas. I wasnt settling, to say the least, for my children! I am more than competent to raise my children and have an amazing support system. I was telling my best-friend the situation and she recommended me to talk to Mr. Fonseca. She stated: I thought I had to go through the court system girl but with his guidance and advice it helped me out a lot I booked the next available appointment he had and mentioned to him that I want somebody to fight for my children and me. I want all the rumors and talk to be cleared up and for my children to be with me. After Mr. Fonseca looked into my case and having feedback from others he had the confidence that we could unravel this and turn it around for us and win this. Fast forward 4 years and 8 months. We got the victory and he called me as soon as he got the news. But, to hear the good news the next day was the best!! All because he fought for me and for this loophole of a case. None of this wouldve been possible if it wasnt without the kind of ethic and compassion he has for Family Law. After getting told no so many times and continuously. Getting told We won was shocking and an ecstatic news. If I lived 1,400 miles from my children. Imagine what he could for your case? None of this wouldve been possible without his efficiency. I am beyond grateful for this law office and for the grace of God as well. I can finally feel holidays again this year without feeling a void or feeling like I am missing special milestones. I am grateful for them to be able to see the snow that they always seem to be so giddy and curious to talk about. If for some reason this case opens back up simply because it is a possibility. I know I can run back to him without hesitation and get the consult and guidance that I need. Forever thankful, the Villegas family.

If you are looking for an attorney look no further. Aaron Fonseca is extremely helpful, honest and transparent. I had a very bad experience with a previous attorney and reached out to Mr. Fonseca to take over my case. He did what the other attorney could not get done in 5 months in 3. He went above and beyond for our case. His professionalism and manners really showed through out the whole process. One of the many things that stood out from this law office was them keeping us updated at all times. Ashley his assistant was awesome as well. Just an overall great experience using them to represent us. I could not recommend them enough.

I hired Aaron Fonseca to represent me in Early Termination of Probation. As soon as he took on my case , he got right to work in getting all the motions filed to get me a court date . He was fast and efficient in getting me my court date and always kept me in the know with my case . I am very happy to say that my motion to come off probation early was granted by my judge and this wouldnt have been possible without the help of Aaron Fonseca. I highly recommend for anyone needing legal representation to hire Aaron Fonseca. My only regret is that , not knowing about Mr . Fonseca earlier when I needed representation a few years back for my case . Maybe if I had hired him earlier for my Offense , instead of the lawyer I did hire , I would have had a much better outcome in my case . With that being said I highly recommend Aaron Fonseca with the highest regard as a Lawyer.

this lawyer mr Fonseca is dishonest person in sted of fixing problems he creates and hurts innocent children as he has knowledge of the law he takes advantage and trikes to make the cases longer so he can charge more money his word and signature have no value I have a paper that he signed and didn't respect is so sad that a the and of the day hi goes home leaving third parties affected just for a few hundreds
