As I tried to pull up my info to show her and ask about the redemption she was impatient and not so helpful about it. She did not try and offer any solutions or address it appropriately. She was in a hurry to walk away. I was told I couldnt receive any birthday reward unless I had my email about it. Someone else attended me after and disclosed that she was aware about the unavailability of birthday gifts. So, the first employee had me looking for nothing for 20 minutes. My time was wasted. I called customer service and there was an error and they were able to fix it easily and were so polite about it. The in store service at this location was awful.
