Well a big thank you for totally messing up my dream home move 7 months now waiting for jobs to be done causing me stress issues so many faults from loose taps bathroom radiators not working and many more like the dent in the work top edge they have tried to fill twice now still not right also cooker extractor fan dents screws missing and banging noise when using now they have said they will not be sorting disgusting no seals in guttering down pipes half done but sorted 5 months later ,squeaky floors paid extra for oak doors that you can drive a bus under , decorating terrible wish I had gone to Omar park homes

before buying a home from them make sure everything is good ... they rip you off .. my house is not even painted from the inside ... its plain white but because of the texture you put on the walls before painting ... they dont respond ... i have a year with the home not once they have stopped by the whole house is crooked like literally... i know all builders here in mcallen lack severak stuff but these are the worst ... prestige you should care more for your customers .. we make you guys happen .. don't make contract with them .. look carefully..

Unreliable builder! They dont respect contracts! Once you give them money youre just another lot # on their list and will always give excuses as to why there isnt any building progress on your future home! They are more into quantity over quality our house has crooked doors, crooked walls, Unleveled floor tile, there a still missing things that to be done that were in the builders contract, but have yet to be finished! If you try to speak to someone in a higher position in that company its useless, wont do anything the only time they will contact you immediately is when they want more money!!! They contacted us ONE week prior to closing date and asked us for 10k more! Take your hard working money to a reliable builder!

I have an ongoing concern with Prestige Luxury Homes RGV. I wanted to see if posting on Facebook might help me with advice on the issue.
Last year, we built our home with this company. When it came closer to finally close on the house, we did the blue tape process. Not everything was completed when the closing date came up, and there was a lot of pressure to close (because we were assured that the final items would be completed). We (stupidly) put our faith in their word.
Now, were ten months out, and only a few things on the list have been crossed off. Ive brought it to their attention multiple times, and the response is Of course! Let me program it. Meanwhile, their houses in this subdivision are going up and their social media accounts show new houses and new phases being completed over and over.
Its literally taking them longer to complete these fixes than it was to build the whole house. Are these items supposed to take this long? If not, how can I help them speed it up since reminders are not working.
P.S. An alarming fact I discovered was that they also removed some of the hardware from our order to save them money.
Liiiiiike, they wouldnt place the hardware order until we paid for the amount that was out of their budget. So, we did. Then they went BACK and asked the associate to remove even more things from the list to save money. They removed things that were in their budget. So, now we dont have door stoppers, towel racks, some cabinet handles, etc.
I JUST DONT THINK IM ASKING FOR THE MOON, HERE.
