I went yesterday to buy a pair of scrubs and the girl that was there was super nice. She helped me out in picking up the perfect scrubs and jacket. Very good service

I had bought scrubs here a while back about 3-4 years ago and the lady at that point was very nice and went above and beyond to help me order scrubs that weren't in stock. Thats the only reason I came back today. I was the only person in there and this new lady had a piss poor attitude and her face matched her attitude. She was obviously annoyed when I tried on scrubs pants for no reason. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and put back the pants on the rack myself and asked her if I could see the scrubs tops for those pants. She just continued to give me attitude and pointed to another aisle and said "en ese pasillo" just standing not really directing me. I respect people who respect me, if youre gonna give me attitude for no reason when you dont even know me, then im gonna give it right back to you in the most petty way. So me being petty I tried on several more tops with absolutely no intention of buying them anymore due to her attitude when I was nothing but nice when I walked in, I even greeted her smiling saying "hola buenas tardes". I only tried on the tops to get pictures of the labels/tags so I can purchase them somewhere else with the label/tag number. If you dont like your job then leave. I can only imagine what kind of person she is at home.

Worst customer service. I returned a pair of scrubs that I never wore and was berated for not having a second receipt that I was NEVER GIVEN. The only receipt I was given was not enough even though it had the date of purchase and exchange policy info. The scrubs had a small stain which was there when I inspected after purchase and the old lady was rude and said I must have made it. Please shop somewhere else if you want to be treated with dignity.

Went to ask if they carried a certain brand, was told no that maybe the next door does. Came back and asked for another brand and the owner was very rude was told that the lady had already told me no, when i never asked her for that brand. Dont highly recommend, very poor service.

Buy your scrubs somewhere else. I'd rate 0 stars. Worst, most hostile customer service experience. I was the only customer in the shop and the man watched me from 10 feet away while I looked at the other scrubs and sizes. He shouted at me "that's all we have", when I didn't like how one fit. So I choose another and try it on. I looked at it in the mirror and took a picture of myself to compare with the other scrubs. He didn't like that for some reason and shouted at me why I was doing that and to just try it on and feel how it fits. I said "Whats wrong with that, I'm taking it for myself. He says "Did that offend you?", while getting too close to me. I knew I didn't want to buy anything there anymore. I told him he had an attitude with customers and he said "What customers?". I said "Me, I was going to be a customer and buy this but I don't want it anymore". He had the audacity to say "I'll charge you", as I left to buy scrubs somewhere else.
