Do not waist your time here. They don't want to work and if you go the place is empty and they all move at snail's pace. They find any reason to defer you so they don't have to work. I recommend CSL. CSL is full and efficient and Talecris is completely opposite. Will contact corporate because they need to know that they are losing business because of the lack of professionalism and work ethic from all workers in this facility. If there was a option for zero stars they definitely deserve just that. Update: Went back due to text message stating offer to receive $200 for next visit. I went and got compensation but the place still the same. Deferred me because of supposedly redness on my arm but went to different donation center without any issues on sale day. FYI that place was busy with many donors and workers doing their job efficiently.

The times I'd go they'd take FOREVER to call me to the back for screening.. I'm talking atleast a good 30 min or so even though there's employees just standing there.. not to mention another long wait in the back! When it came down to being poked ... They never knew how to do it properly & I'd always have different people coming to me to fix the needle because they didn't get it right the first time thus leaving me bruises each time i cringed everytime another person came up to me. Never again!
