Edit: They are nice but nice isnt enough when there is $300-400 of money involved. I showed them a picture of what I wanted as a balayage and they said they would be able to do that. At the end it turned out to be completely different from the picture and they said that its hard to predict what it will end up like. I had been under the impression that I would be getting what I paid for. Why didnt they tell me before hand that theres a high chance of it not looking like that so that I could have made my decision of whether I want to get my hair done or not? They didnt tell me any after care tips so my hair turned orange and I had to come in to get it fixed and they made it even darker. My natural hair is black so it looked like nothing had been done to it despite all of the money I had paid. They also pressured me into writing a good review. I bet most of the good reviews on here were also people who get pressured into it. My honest review is that they are skilled and create a warm atmosphere, but I wouldnt go there again because I felt ripped off. Edit #2- they had also posted pictures of me to their instagram without my consent. Im not sure if they do this with all of their customers but beware just in case.

Very clean.. Nice atmosphere. No long wait. Professional. I've been coming here for several years now... They have updated their location. I love it. Blanca and Nora are great.
