D-BAT Baseball & Softball Academy Mansfield

Staff are awesome. Facilities are clean, in good working order, and safe. The machines do get a little wild sometimes based on a used ball here and there but still good for reps. 1-on-1 coaching is well worth it as they get the kids to respond. If debating to join, at least go get a free consult and try it out. They are not pushy at all to get you to join or not.

Pitching machines never work. The machines will gladly take your credits but will not throw out baseballs. The baseballs are also torn up. When the machines did work, the baseballs with busted seams would either get stuck or come out spinning funny.

Machines are always down and you don't get a refund if they are down. Stay away from this place.

Weve been to multiple D-bats across 3 states. The range in quality is disappointing, with this location being the worst. There was only one cage set up for baseball and there werent enough balls to make it through two rounds. The machines were also all over the place, from brushing you off the plate to outside-black, to over your head. We ended up just leaving rather than using the rest of our credits. I will say, the staff were friendly. A quick update about the response from the owner. There was no call from Jackson, the GM. D-bats didn't even have our phone number since it was a one-time trip there for us, from out of state.
