Bad service. I wish I didn't have to leave a 1 star rating, it deserves zero stars, as the other parents mentioned in the other reviews. Our son had his picture and Class picture taken with his beanie on, and when confronted with the issue, the owner was rude, and blamed it on the Teacher. Asked us why would we send our son to School on picture day with a beanie on. We did this because we have common sense, as it was cold outside that day, and our son gets sick easily, as the School is very cold inside. He could've asked our son to remove it. But instead took the pictures like that, just for the love of money. Definitely, do not recommend. Next year, we're boycotting, and will go somewhere else.

I've had multiple complaints all unresolved. I've never had this experience with other school photography vendors. Google lists them as closed which is fraud and an attempt to stop the negative reviews

Ridiculous prices. Package deals should be an option.

Ordered 2 simple sheets of overpriced pictures and 28 days later I am still waiting for them.. the tracking number is not any good.. it just keeps getting pushed back each day.. I call and they are closed everyday their website says open thanks a lot to my kids school by cutting corners and going with this trash company instead of lifetouch.. with lifetouch I pay a little more but at least I know Im getting my pictures and they have amazing customer service
