I came to Crossfit G6 to get out of my routine 24hr fitness schedule. After years of mediocre results I really wanted to try something new. I signed up for the 6 week challenge after seeing an add on Facebook and it was the best decision I ever made, regarding my health and fitness. Justin, Corey and his team are really awesome people and genuinely care about your progress. I was given a meal plan, accountability coach, and workouts. All I had to do was to be disciplined, show up, and trust the process. Even the rest of my family are eating healthier because of this challenge. I lost nearly 6% bodyfat in 6 weeks. Next goal is to focus on increasing muscle mass (with help from the team). I'm now a full time member of crossfit G6 and haven't been near a 24hr fitness in nearly 2 months. Thanks guys! Looking forward to more progress! *update 8/12/22* Been at G6 4 years now. The positive changes to my health, confidence and overall well being have been amazing! Still love it here. The people are great and always encouraging each other to push themselves. I've made great friends and love this community!
