        I went to this place twice to get my car inspected. The first time it was busy and when someone finally spoke to me it was borderline rude/frustrated. So I decided to just come back another day. I came by today and waited at the counter for 10 minutes and not one person spoke to me. I went to a place on Debbie Lane and I was immediately greeted and out in about 10-15 minutes. Customer service is still important to some.
