Roberto Nieto, MD is a fantastic doctor. He helped me with occipital neuralgia migraines using Botox. I HATE trying to make an appointment. No voicemail, only an after hours phone service? I've never gotten a return call and. But.. he is a fantastic doctor.

Dr. Nieto and his Staff is wonderful. I AM A NON-TRUSTING PATIENT & THIS DR. & HIS STAFF HAS BEEN WONDERFUL TO ME. Me being SICK or UN-ABLE... !!TOOK AWAY MY LIVELIHOOD!! I'M A WORKAHOLIC!! WHO CAN'T ...! Anymore. LOOK!! THIS OFFICE HAS BEEN WONDERFUL & HELPFUL! IF THEY WERE ROTTEN I'D BE THE 1st TO LOUDLY PUT IT OUT IN PUBLIC THROUGH EVERY AVAILABLE FORUM. MY INSURANCE FROM MY JOB HAD TO SETUP MY APPOINTMENT THROUGH MY PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS RECOMMENDATION Basically through "METHODIST HOSPITAL". I DO recommend HIS office if you need help

Trying to make a new patient appointment with this doctor is virtually impossible. Every time I call all I ever get is a recording telling me to leave a message, and then no one ever calls me back. I NEVER get to talk to a real person. If y podiatrist hadn't sent a referral to Dr Neito, I'd just find someone more open and accessible.

My mother has been coming to Dr. Nieto for the last 4 years. I am her main translator for most of her doctors. Throughout the years, the quality of care has gone down the drain. My mother is dependent on sleeping medication due to her insomnia which is vital to her history of a brain tumor surgery. This prescription requires a prescriber's signature and despite multiple attempts-- throughout this entire week-- we have yet been able to get this prescription. We are constantly told by Silvia that the message to Nieto has been sent, and yet after an entire week, still no medication or some type of explanation. NO EXPLANATION, NO CALL BACKS, NO PRESCRIPTION. I am absolutely SHOCKED on how difficult it is to reach the doctor. If it weren't for the limited options of neurologists around this area, I would absolutely try to find a different one. My advice for anyone coming here is to switch to your PCP for prescriber's signature for medications requiring one.
