Julia is an excellent agent to work with. She becomes a dear friend. While relocating from out of state she was my mom eyes. She would catch all the things that would have caught my attention as well. During the Big Freeze she even came to our recent purchased property and prepped it for the storm since we were in another state still. Julia is knowledgeable, full of wisdom and keeps the difficult process fun and as light as possible. She also works with a wonderful team. What can I say about the woman who single-handedly saved my friends and I ? We had a house fire a few months ago and lost everything. I was introduced to Julia through a friend as we were having an impossible time finding a property to meet our somewhat specialized needs. Door after door seemed to slam in our faces, but Julia never gave up. She was literally making cold calls to help us find a suitable living situation and rescued us from Airbnb hell . I dont know how she did it, but she found us the perfect place within a little over a month and helped us speed along the process to get us in as early as possible . I have known and worked with a lot of realtors over the years, but there arent many like Julia. She worked so hard for us day after day after day and didnt give up even when we were ready to . If you hire Julia to work with you she will not do you wrong .

Julia was such a pleasure to work with! She helped sell our house in short time, and that's no small feat considering we were not able to be in town for most of the process. She had resources to help us get the house ready for sale, gave us good pointers and helped us evaluate multiple offers to get a price that we were very pleased with.
