We drove the team 4 hours up north from Katy, Tx to get the training for an entire day & it was well worth it. Thank you Josh for the opportunity to learn from the professionals.

Wood Defender is a stand up company. Amazing customer service!!! Willing to go out of their way to insure the companies applying their products are educated not only in using their product but when things go wrong. The wealth of knowledge they have with dos and donts. Also, the quality control is top notch. Always checking each batch to ensure they will always match. The stain fades in under a year. My guess is that its mainly due to the poor accountability for the people they train to apply their stain correctly. Talked to one of the owners and they have very poor customer service. I would recommend to save your money and go with another stain company that will back their product and the people they train to apply it. *Update after reply* The fence-staining service business is growing rapidly, and Wood Defender offers the training, equipment, and products needed to participate in this excellent outdoor business opportunity. This is a quote from your website and the contractor I hired went through your companies training. And just because you chose not to keep a record of my call to your owner Todd Steen does not mean that he was not rude, unhelpful, and hung up on me. Thanks for the invite to call your customer service again but you are just going to do the same thing you did the first 3 times I callednothing. I just hope this review saves some other poor soul from being stuck with an expensive fence stain that doesnt last.
