I used Robert Blankenship for a contested divorce that should have been straight forward. No kids, both spouses working, irreconcilable differences.. He neglected to forward discovery to the other attorney causing the case to drag on and on just to bill additional hours. When we finally reached an agreement at pretrial, it was generous to her. Then when the divorce decree was signed by Robert, the terms were altered causing me to have to file for modification which Robert was prompt to charge me for. He was sloppy with paperwork. He provided no strategy in representing me. His only focus was to create busy work to pile on billable hours. My divorce cost $28,000 and I lost, not because I should have, but because my attorney didn't care for anything but his fee. This guy is the worst kind of attorney I have ever seen. J. Hall
