        I was personally really frustrated after going to 3 different places to get a simple notarization, and every place was either busy, out to lunch, or closed. In my initial frustration, I wrote this location an unwarrantedly poor review - and who I assume was either a manager or an employee wrote to me almost immediately in an attempt to reconcile the issue. I felt so bad about writing such a poor review for something so minimal that I needed to update my experience with this place. They were patient in understanding my frustration over such a little issue and so quickly responded in a very short amount of time! Also- they notarize for free which is so much more convenient than the $6 it costs to get things notarized at UPS.
