Update: Same as last rating.
Update: This practice continues to provide me with efficient, affordable, quality care from practitioners and staff who are absolutely the BEST. I will be with this team until they retire or I expire. Period.
Update: I had two old fillings replaced today. One was borderline crown. Dr Stephenson was amazing. It was expected that I would have mild discomfort in the afternoon, requiring Tylenol, and no flossing for a day or two because of two teeth being temporarily very tight. NO pain. Flossed at lunch. Being in this dentists office chair is like a vacation. Soft music, comfortable chair, and everyone is attending to your needs. Seriously.
Update: A semi-emergency issue resulted in an unplanned visit to the dentist. My regular doctor was unavailable, but Dr. Hirsch was a remarkable replacement. Five stars for the exam and treatment.
Update: I cannot say enough positive comments about this dental practice. Service, quality of care, staffing, efficiency, patient care and follow up ... Heritage Dental Group is amazing. So glad I found this group, which was a recommendation from an endodontist I visited.
Changing dentists after decades with my former dentist was a challenge. Heritage Dental Group was recommended by another doctor, and that recommendation was spot on. Dr. Stephenson (one of three in this practice) was clearly extremely knowledgeable, explained every detail, he and his team were incredibly accommodating, compassionate and thorough. I cannot write enough positive comments about this practice and Dr. Stephenson.
