Great experience. Dr Layla Abdeljalil was amazing. Gentle and caring. Hygienist Alex was also good. Whole team very pleasant . Yolanda at the front desk was very helpful. Really a nice experience. Very clean facility.

I have been trying to be understanding to these receptionists at the front desk. I have two dental insurances. The lady named Kelly told me that they dont expect that the insurance company will pay, therefore they charge you the entire fee without ever contacting the individual company. I called my insurance company because I felt that I was being overcharged keep in mind the Kelly lady was on the phone with my insurance agent, and she stated that she never made a claim because they charge by rating charges. This lady actually said, we charge you full price because insurance companies dont pay. I have been on my job for 25 years, never have I ever heard someone give you a rate, however, dont make a claim. She then went on to say if they pay then we will put your money onto another service that you need. If I didnt call my insurance, I wouldve been robbed. People, please pay attention to the price they give you call your insurance company to verify its correct, this same dentist was about to charge me $90 for a cleaning. Thats free with all insurance. I will never step foot in this place. I want to bring awareness to people who work hard for their money, and you go to this dentist office that is a scam. People pay attention and call your insurance company to verify your benefits that you pay for.

I am so impressed with Dr Laila and all the staff at Dentists of Mansfield. As a new patient I had a cleaning and a repair on a molar. Ive never had such kind encounters from every single staff member. The cleaning was gentle and Im very pleased with the work. I highly recommend giving them a try, especially if you have anxiety about the dentist.

Very expensive, seems a tad bit racist to me....especially the receptionist in the front. Plus they messed up my crown, and refused to fix bc of a $300 balance, even thought my insurance and I have paid over $3k. I will be going somewhere else.
